I am looking at ways to distribute mp3 files as part of some invesigation for a radio producer. They have a bunch of professionally produced radio programs and I need to store, share and distribute these files. I came across Soundcloud which seems to provide an easy way to manage these audio tracks.

I was surfing about imeem trying to find a chilled out playlist and I found this really chilled chanting track, it sounds like the buddha refuge prayer in Tibetan but with all the drum beats and swirly music its difficult to say.
