The only bloke

I have just got off a conference call with attendees across a couple of continents and it is probably the first call I have done in 15 years where I have been the only bloke, all the other attendees were woman.
IT is a hugely male dominated industry but you don’t think / realise that all your female colleagues have to do calls and face to face meetings with a bunch of blokes,
Makes you think.
