Why don’t WCM Actions show up in the Workflow stage view
Answer
I am working on a vmware image and it took a couple of minutes for the workflow actions I had created to be available within the Workflow stages view – phew!
Sometime the best course of action is not to panic and go and get a cup of tea.

How do I add additional programs to my Redhat vmware image running WebSphere Portal.

Use Add Applications and attach the appropriate ISO images, see the video below.
