I am looking at ways to distribute mp3 files as part of some invesigation for a radio producer.   They have a bunch of professionally produced radio programs and I need to store, share and distribute these files.  I came across Soundcloud which seems to provide an easy way to manage these audio tracks.

Open the file in winzip or winrar
